Indian Motorcycles is the oldest American motorcycle brand. It was founded in 1897 by George M. Hendee, disappeared from the market in the late 1970s and came back to life by Polaris Industries in 2011. Indian can look back on a unique motorcycle history, from countless victories in motorcycle racing between the world wars to the front deployment in World War II, the speed record of Burt Munro in 1967 on the legendary salt lakes in Bonneville to the winning of the American Flat Track Championships in 2017 and 2018 with the new FTR 750 racing bike. The legendary past plays a key role in the development of authentic Indian bikes. Another important part is the development of a future-oriented model range. All motorcycles are continuously updated and improved. New models are developed. Indian Motorcycles relies on future-oriented technologies. Get to know Indian Motorcycles and feel the spirit!

ABOUT US
The success story of Volker Sicheler's first German motorcycle manufactury began with the conversion of a second-hand Harley in 1986. He founded his company Hollister’s MotorCycles in Zimmern-Horgen near Rottweil in Germany in 1988. From 1990 on, Volker Sichler became one of the first dealers in the region to sell imported, second-hand and new Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He started the customizing of own Harley-Davidson machines in 1996. At the beginning, the customizing was still done with purchased parts but is increasingly being replaced by the development of in-house components. The Hollister’s MotorCycles e.K. is entered in the commercial register in 2000. Then the development of self-designed and developed Hollister’s custom bikes started. Worldwide awards for the Hollister’s Phantom and Hollister’s Excite N ° 01. Volker Sichler has been an authorized dealer of Victory since 2012 and has been an authorized dealer of Indian Motorcycles since 2014.

"Drive an Indian - and you will want to own it"
This slogan was not made by accident. The special history, excellent technology and fascinating models make Indian's brand culture so unique.
You have to drive an Indian - the only way to feel the special spirit and uniqueness of each Indian.
The best way to convince yourself of the incomparable driving characteristics of a suitable motorbike is a test drive.
There is always an interesting selection of different models ready for you.
What do I need for a test drive?
Helmet, gloves, jacket, ID card and the necessary driver's license.
If you would like to test drive a specific model, call us in advance at +49(0)741-32268.
This way we can ensure that your preferred model is ready for a test drive.
We look forward to your very own personal test drive at Hollister's MotorCycles.
